Exceptional

Booking.com made my whole experience...

Liked: The breakfast was REALLY nice and the cook was perfect and very polite and friendly.He really makes you fee at home.God job !
Disliked: I did not like the fact that Booking.com did not convey the info , which it gives us as a choice, to the hotel.I selected that I wanted a room on higher floors, but Booking did not pass that info to the Hotel, so I got the ground floor.Even after calling booking.com (on a UK number) at my expense, I still got hung up for over 30mins with no feedback at all until the hotel was fully booked with no more available roomsHad I known they nonger have rooms on higher floors, I could opted for another room or even hotel choice

Generally the stay was great...

Liked: The breakfast was superb, we liked everything about it. The food was great and the staff was very warm. The location of the hotel is also great, very quiet and easily accessible even when using public transport.
Disliked: There was a lingering smell of cigarettes in the room which was very unpleasant for us, especially considering we are non-smokers and we had little kids with us. I suggest that the hotel strictly monitors and enforces it's non-smoking policy, and should at least freshen up the rooms when indoor smoking incidents occur.

Exceptional

Liked: Great place to stay, great location, spotless clean, friendly communication and welcome. But the best of all was the breakfast and the people working at the Hotel.

Superb

Liked: Excellent breakfast, very nice staff, clean and luminous rooms

Good place for singles not...

Liked: Excellent breakfast at a reasonable price, room was very clean, not too far from train station, free street parking but you need to be careful as the neighborhood is shady.
Disliked: Shady neighborhood and very noisy with some homeless people. Be careful when you walk on the street and i would not recommend walking late in the night. Not a place you would stay with your family.

Nice but a bit noisy

Liked: The staff is super nice and friendly, and breakfasts were good.
Disliked: It was quite hot, so I really missed some air conditioning, but there was a fan, which was nice.Unfortunately, I couldn't sleep well the second night of the stay because some other guests arrived at night and it was super noisy
