Liked: That it was located on the beach.
Disliked: Everything else. The pool was public to boardwalk walkers and not properly cleaned. There was trash outside my room and the ceiling leaked outside of room door. The customer service was horrible. They advised that they couldn't switch rooms and that it was only available at that price yet a white woman came in got a room for $180 of better quality as she stated right after I checked in. My vehicle was also towed cause the parking pass fell on the floor and they stated there was nothing they could do. The rib was filthy, hair was in bed. I want a refund.

Liked: The oceanfront
Disliked: Lots of remodeling. Paint spilled on the floors, paint spattered on windows and windows sill. Paint buckets and drop cloths in hallways walking to the roomsWorst hotel stay i have ever had and the Sunday afternoon pool party was loud and extremely obnoxiousI honestly feel I deserve a full refund

Uncomfortable

Liked: It was dog friendly but they asked to keep your dog with you at all times for their safety and then you couldn’t access the beach with them till 6-10 pm So we had to leave unsupervised in the room so we could get an hour on the beach the whole reason we went! But our dog was there when we returned phew!!!
Disliked: It was under construction The noise was constant Pool closed only morning we had to use it No towels No coffee pot Parking was difficult Patio door was locked sent someone to fix it but they just unlocked it and then we couldn’t lock it at night slept with the balcony door unlocked Tv didn’t work Had I known and got a better rate I’d have been fine but they were not very accommodating the rate was better than others but I only booked because it was dog friendly I’m sure it’ll be better once the Contruction is complete but I think it should have been disclosed and rates dropped

Overall, good location and decent...

Liked: Check in was really quick, the pool and bar out back were amazing and it was right next to the Point Break festival.
Disliked: The construction was expected but it was a little annoying to be woke up at 8:30 to drilling right next to my room….

Once renovations are done, it’ll...

Liked: Location was great. The room was good. Check-in was easy. The pool was nice, there is a bar in the pool area that is not part of the hotel. They have reasonably priced drinks and live entertainment.
Disliked: They were renovating all floors. I got woke up before 8 o’clock each morning from them working construction. The air conditioner said 61° but it was not very cold.
