Liked: Great stay.

The weekend I went they...

Liked: They had a bar area and a day party at the pool
Disliked: They were pairing and we have to switch rooms because of how bad it smelled. The place was filthy for days and none ever came to give us new towels or clean our rooms.Our room had paint splats everywhere and none of the appliances worked we ended up switching rooms. Nails, trash, and broken equipment was lying in the floors of the hall. They also recharged my card more than what I reserved the room from when I arrived and I’m still working on getting that refund.

Disliked: I have to ask for a refrigerator, no microwave, no coffee maker, no hair dryer, supper small shampooing-conditioner-shower

Disliked: Seemed unfinished and we didn’t even have washcloths in the room.

Disliked: Seen bugs in bed fire alarm went off at middle of the night

Only Good for the Moment

Liked: The view. The location of the room we were able to see and hear live music. The staff was exceptional.
Disliked: The hotel is under construction. The bedding wasn't as clean. With the bedding being white, you can see all the stains. Not good. The elevator would go to the 3rd floor and the door wouldn't open. We'd have to push the 3 button again for the door to open. We didn't feel safe. The steps had water on them, we didn't feel safe. The hotel offered no coffee. As a early riser I had to walk to another hotel and they gave me coffee even though I wasn't staying in their hotel (Candle Suites). By the way, they even offered for me to come back for breakfast at 6:30 am when they opened for breakfast. I did not go back.

Liked: Nothing. Didn’t even stay rooms were under reconstruction and hazard materials were left behind in the room and bathrooms

Disliked: No towel in the room. Barely have outlets. the building is not ready to be occupied, the renovation should have been completed first. elevator seems unsafe. no microwave and no blower in the room. parking is not included. the 350/night was just not worth it. The pool was not clean.

I would not recommend this...

Liked: The location. You were right within walking distance from the beach!
Disliked: The property was under construction. The elevators did not work half the time and traveling with a stroller was not easy upstairs. The sheets in the beds were not clean. The pool was open to the public and not just hotel guest when we first walked in to go to our room. There was wet paint and a microwave in the hallway on the floor. There was also intoxicated people all over the pool and in the hotel lobby there was people screaming and singing till 3 AM.
