Liked: Great stay.

Great value for the money!

Liked: The location, modern rooms, pool with ice cream and bar, along with affordable parking in a good location and free breakfast!
Disliked: While the breakfast was free, they could use some more variety.

Disliked: Since we get there the front desk’s lady didn’t even help to check in, we arrive 10am and she told us to come back at 4pm to check in, I ask if we can get a-least the parking pass which normally other hotels give when there is a booking, she said again “come back at 4”This is the horrible experience I ever have.

Liked: Drapes would not close, shower doors would not open, my mate was stuck n could not get out, doors were on backward. Moved to another room, sink was plugged up could not use, elevators were not communicating, button were out.
Disliked: Everything, no amenities, pool was crowded with people, service was horrible.

Expected more for over $400...

Disliked: Commode dripped constantly and leaked in floor. Hallway not clean. No microwave in the room and lights at the bed didn’t work.

Liked: Room was good.... Breakfast was horrible, did not look clean, had very little to choose from. Location was great.
Disliked: Breakfast, Breakfast , breakfast was bad.......

Liked: The location was amazing
Disliked: The property has water leaking from the vents and there are roaches in the rooms and booking.com has one price for the rooms but when I get there the price was a hundred dollars difference for the add including fees so it’s 200 dollars difference between the rooms and fees and until today I have not received my keys deposit every other hotels give you back your keys deposit immediately or within the next day.sparks Hilton told me when I call yesterday said it takes 5 / to 7 business day I don’t understand that concept
