The Hotel Bo is convenient to everything. The City Diner is located right next door and the food is good and reasonably priced.

Liked: Convenient location.
Disliked: Traffic noise.

Great customer service; front desk employees were the best! Loved the decor, and the MoonPie and RC upon arrival. The hotel looks to be one of the originals in the area and has been remodeled. The pictures portray it to be newer than what it is, but we will definitely be back. The age doesn't change anything but make it a little more inviting actually. Next time we hope to enjoy the pool area with the kids and the cafe which had a line waiting outside of door each time we went by. It must be really good! We will definitely give it a try next visit. Oh, and the beds - so comfortable!

Liked: Customer Service and beds.
Disliked: The hotel was older than pictures portrayed. And no breakfast included.

I highly recommend this hotel...

Liked: Location is convenient to downtown and the UTC campus. Staff is professional,friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Was surprised upon arrival that they recently started charging guests for parking. They never did in the past when we stayed.

Quaint little.place

Liked: It is kind of a little gem in the downtown area. The building is old, and it has outside entrances and no elevator.
Disliked: Had to pay for parking which was not discussed in hotel agreement on-line
