Staff was friendly and helpful...

Liked: Staff was friendly
Disliked: Room was dirty. Loud music at the pool late at night - no lazy river floats. Crowded, floors were nasty. Not the type place you want your kids at. Pictures in advertising are way outdated vs what was actually there. They charged my card twice so now I’m waiting several business days for several hundred dollars to come back that could have had to use on my trip as intended.

Won’t stay here again.

Liked: The location was great !
Disliked: The staff wasn’t too friendly. They seemed put out when we were checking in and out. The coffee bar was closed The staff didn’t want to give me a printout of my stay. The swim up bar was hardly open.
