Convenient stay with responsive staff

Liked: The staff was very responsive and helpful to any questions we had. We also really liked the location as we were near many of the activities we wanted to do.
Disliked: If you are facing the street, be aware that you will be able to hear the traffic. There were also people partying next door on the weekend nights, but using earplugs was enough to drown out their noise.

Not happy with stay and...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Reception male guy never on desk. Also, that guy is so arrogant.

Passable

Liked: Location is convenient to the Metro. Morning desk person was very personable. Thank you!
Disliked: There is full-on construction going on next door. It is incredibly loud during the day. If you don’t plan to be in the room during the day, it’s fine, but a nap was out of the question.

Disliked: breakfast is poor, room is very small, no umbrella service

Disliked: The hotel rooms had an order and were not presented as described. We canceled the reservation as soon as we arrived and I still charged a cancellation fee for both rooms and we did not stay at the location at all.

Location, location, location

Liked: The location is perfect to move around the most popular sightseeing in CDMX. Angel de la independencia is just a couple of minutes away in a walking distance, Chapultepec is also reachable by foot in around 45 minutes. I booked the room also with breakfast and it was very good, it is not an all you can eat but you get fresh fruit, a pancake and an omelette, the view from the breakfast room is also very nice. The lady in the breakfast room is extremely friendly and was welcoming us every morning with a smile and even remembering our order.I would recommend it.
