Disliked: Hard to reach someone from the reception, called several times, as e get a dirty room.

We loved visiting Brugge

Disliked: The key card system failed to work to access your room as there was no reception you had to phone which was not always answered

Liked: Ideal location, the parking was easy to find and secure. The room was excellent. The manager was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

Liked: The location was excellent, and the gent working at breakfast time was brilliant.
Disliked: A couple of small issues (couple of plug sockets not working, twin rooms booked but 2 rooms were doubles). Nothing too serious and it didn’t take away from what the property offered
