Good location with no facilities
Liked: Location is nice and room size is a bit big
Disliked: No receptionist officer and food is small in varietyCheck in /out with self assistance and only room cards is left in reception without being organized

Liked: Location was good, breakfast decent, room acceptable.
Disliked: Staff was difficult to contact. AIR CONDITIONING NOT WORKING made the room facing afternoon sun a real sauna.

Room was not great, however...
Liked: The veiw out of my window was amazing. The rooms were kept clean and tidy, the beds were made and fresh towels delivered daily.
Disliked: Some of the corridors smelt like sewage. There was hardly anyone ever at reception. The lights didn't work in the toilet, so you had to use your phone light.The air conditioning system was rubbish.

Liked: Very good place in city center.

Locations is great and that’s...
Liked: The location is about the only thing going for the hotel. We have stayed multiple times over that past few years and we return because of the location.
Disliked: Rooms not made up on arrival, dirty bedding on the beds etc. Beds not made up as requested - requested twins and got doubles. We had to split and remake the beds ourselves. Breakfast was supposed to be from 8 - staff strolled in at 8:20. All ok if on own but as a large group not ideal! Communal areas dirty , dusty and need a lick of paint. Kitchen and breakfast room was very dirty.
