Disliked: Breakfast is basic, lactose free/vegan milk would be appreciated. Price is according to that area in the city, just slightly higher than we wished.

City break

Liked: The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and right in the centre. It was also good value for money. The bed was comfortable and we heard very little street noise. It was a very nice hotel to stay in. We felt safe here.
Disliked: It would have been better if we had a kettle and coffee/tea making facilities in our room for a morning hot drink. The shower head kept popping off and the hair dryer kept coming apart too. The echoes of doors slamming and footsteps from the room above were a little loud on a morning.
