Liked: Nice staff, comfy beds, warm rooms. Close to the theatre. Beautiful decor. Felt secure. Coffee shop had tasty breakfast sandwiches.
Disliked: Poor service in the restaurant. Food took a long time to arrive. Food was cold when it came out and not very flavorful . Waitress was attentive when she was there, but was gone for long periods of time.

Disliked: The fact we payed a high price and neither the pool or sauna was available. We had no prior knowledge til after check in, which was highly disappointing.

Disliked: The pool was closed for the 2nd time and we were not aware or certified.

Liked: Very comfortable and easy to walk to The Adler!Great location. Good bistro close by.
Disliked: I wish a breakfast was included for this price! Or atleast hot coffee and tea available in the morning. Please do not have a Haagen-daz freezer with no ice cream available

Historic hotel with glamorous touches!

Liked: The hotel is historic and has an Old Hollywood Glamour feel to it. It’s beautiful. I enjoyed the added security in the elevator. Front desk staff was exceptional. Check- in was smooth and staff arranged to bring champagne and glasses up to the room at a later time. It added to the experience!
Disliked: The only complaint was that we had to pay for access to parking.
