Disliked: The cleanliness and general maintenance of the rooms and the quality of the internet

This was an unique property...

Liked: I liked the nice avant garde design, staff was very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good.
Disliked: nothing I can't think of, it was a nice stay.

Superb

Exceptional

We loved the Hotel "Concept"...

Liked: The eclectic style of the hotel and the wonderful staff. This hotel has such amazing people working there. Also, the breakfast is delicious. Congrats to Mrs. Sofi.
Disliked: The cleaning of the rooms could be improved and the hotel could invest in anti-noise windows, also the hotel could provide water for each room, at least two small bottles.

Good respite

Liked: After a long hectic day, this was a very nice place to find refuge for the night. Staff was friendly and helpful. There isn't a lot of onsite parking, but it worked well for me. The breakfast buffet was good for hotel breakfast. With a dog park just a couple blocks away, the hotel and location were dog friendly.
Disliked: The only very minor thing was that the carpet in the hallway looks a little worn. Really inconsequential.

Convenient but nothing special

Liked: - Location is good (but don't walk during the evening/night)- They clean the rooms & bring fresh towels every day- The rooms were spacious
Disliked: - Although location is good, during the night the street in front of the hotel is full with prostitutes. Don't walk around the hotel after 10pm. - One cleaning maid stole my makeup. I informed the reception and they apologized but they didn't refund me.- The breakfast is bad, not worth it.- the pillows are super uncomfortable, they need to change them.

Nice staff yet not so...

Liked: The staff. Very helpful, atte rice and personable
Disliked: They didn’t clean my room. In fact, yesterday I asked the cleaning crew if they could come in an hour as I was about to head out. Once I got to my room, they didn’t come and clean it. Also, the hotel’s location was not as convenient as I had thought. It took like a good 20 min walk to get to Paseo de la Reforma and Zona Rosa.Lastly, they had such a small desk. I could barely fit in my computer
