Best location and comfortable beds

Liked: This hotel is a little gem. We have family in Lund so are frequent visitors to the town and during our last visit we discovered Hotel Bishops Arms. Best location - steps from train station, bakeries, grocery store and restaurants. Room was clean and quiet with very comfortable beds. The staff is so friendly, helpful and kind. Good breakfast included to start off the day. We will stay here next time we are in Lund.
Disliked: No luggage storage for early arrival or late departure.

Ok but not worth the...

Liked: Location is great and staff very friendly
Disliked: Given price the rooms are far below expectations. The toilet has not been renovated in years, the room has only one old arm chair and wardrobes lacked hangers. The pillows were uncomfortable, smelled and had dust mites (my wife has allaergies)

Disliked: it was too cold and there was not a heater.

Friendly staff and clean facilities...

Liked: On my booking, I put in a request for a room with 2 x single beds. No response was sent to me in advance to advise that this was not possible. Only on arrival did I discover that it wasn’t possible and it was extremely embarrassing that we, as platonic friends, had to share a double bed!This should have been notified to me well in advance i.e when I made the booking back in early April.
Disliked: It was very much a pub with rooms, rather than a hotel vibe - so no area to relax in other than the pub setting.
