Liked: Bed super comfortable and cozy, nice location, very quite. Staf super friendly.
Disliked: Doors to rooms are too heavy and could be loud when closing. Perhaps something to improve on

Great staff and location, but...

Liked: The hotel staff was very friendly. Our hotel room looked like the pictures, was clean, and had a comfortable bed. Car parking is available in the underground garage and is equipped with a number of EV chargers. Walking distance to Gamla Stan is around 30 minutes but if you'd like, bus and subway stations are close by.
Disliked: The hotel bathroom was bit outdated and did not match our expectation for a 4-star hotel. When showering, we had to be careful not to flood the bathroom floors even though the shower door was closed. A shower wiper was available to clean up the water on the floor which was appreciated but we would have liked if it didn't flood in the first place. There is no AC in the hotel room, so we slept with the window open. If you are sensitive to street noise, this could be an issue.The parking garage has some narrow parts which can be hard to navigate with a bigger vehicle. If you arrive late in the evening, there might not be a lot of choice when it comes to parking slots. You do not get a specific parking spot assigned. If you need to charge your EV, it is not guaranteed that you get a spot with a charger. We switched parking lots after the first night, unfortunately we had issues charging our car in the garage. We couldn't reproduce the issue on other charging infrastructure but since we've seen other cars using the chargers in the garage, we think this might have been an issue specific to our car.
