Excellent place to stay at...

Liked: Excellent breakfast with very attentive staff. Barman likewise. Parking immediately adjacent to entrance - and free.
Disliked: Could not access any English speaking programmes on TV eg CNN or BBC World. Restaurant not open on day of arrival (MayDay).

Great value hotel

Liked: Hotel room was clean and very good value. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ample outdoor parking free of charge. Would definitely return!
Disliked: The location is a bit further away from the centre-ville of Aix-en-Provence, about 20 minute drive. Not the best location for sight seeing through town but great for a one-night stay if you need to be in the area.

Liked: Spent 2 nights at the hotel. I appreciate the staff members so lovely and welcoming. The rooms we booked was a family suite it was perfect, adequate room with very comfortable bed and pillow. Bathroom was small but again perfectly adequate and CLEAN""My questions is about the amenities like the swimming pool that’s was closed. Was a bit disappointed as the children couldn’t swim. The room was well appointed and very clean. The bathroom was luxurious and well suited to my needs." Also the confectionery table needs more items added for different choice of teas. Apart from that the hotel was very good. Breakfast was very well prepared and presented in the breakfast area. Will definitely Recommend this hotel to family’s and singles and friends wether short stay or long stay. 🤩🤩

Liked: The gardens were beautiful. Hotel entry foyer was nice along with the outdoor area
Disliked: Not being told the return my would be closed at the time off our booking. We arrived after driving 5 hours to bar snacks

Liked: I was here with my wife and 3 kids, everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was always super responsive and helpful, they even setup the crib next to our bed and had the two rooms next to each other and connected.
