Liked: Great value for money given the star rating, should be at least a 4 star. Location great and beautiful aesthetic
Disliked: It would ideal to have a fridge to store snacks and drinks

Liked: The location is perfect! The bed was really nice, and also the bathroom was great. In the room there is a big closet available. Staff is also the best!

Nice hotel right in the...

Liked: Very friendly and accommodating staff at the sister hotel’s reception. Great central location and still very quiet.
Disliked: Wifi is not functioning well enough. Matrasses are quite hard.

Excellent and convenient location

Liked: Excellent location in the middle of the old town with shops and eateries right outside your door. Lobby area is spacious and aesthetically pleasing. Staff very responsive. Near bus and train lines. There is no concierge but we had no problems accessing Letoh Letoh hotel’s concierge a few doors down.
Disliked: If you like firm beds, this property is for you.

Perfect location for exploring the...

Liked: Perfectly located in the charming old town of Bilbao. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check into our room before the official check-in time, which we really appreciated.Although the hotel itself doesn’t have a reception or breakfast service, this wasn’t a problem at all since the twin hotel just a two-minute walk away offers both. This setup worked seamlessly for us.Overall, a great experience and we would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Bilbao!
Disliked: There is no on-site parking, but a public parking lot, El Arenal, is about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel offers a small discount for parking, although it’s quite minimal.

Perfect and comfortable, great location...

Liked: After getting in very early they were very accommodating to allow us early check in. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Very central and a great location to explore old town
Disliked: Can’t really complain about anything but if I had to the tv was a bit slow when we tried to watch a movie but not the end of the world.
