Just don’t go.

Liked: Worst “hotel” experience of my entire existence. The woman in reception is also the one in charge. She called me the day after screaming something and calling me a “fool”. Of course, it wasn’t the same when we were talking face to face. Long story in short, pay 300-500-1000 extra and go stay somewhere better for your physical health, mental health and your family. I was there for business meetings and I was just coming to sleep. Even with that it was the worst. Spider webs were all over the ceiling.

Bad

Liked: My friends and I did not enjoy being yelled at for leaving a light on and the window open. Nor having our privacy invaded while we were out for dinner. We understand that every hotel has a set of rules that are mandatory to follow and it was a genuine mistake leaving the light on - screaming in our face, constantly making references about how we are not in our ‘own country’ and snatching a bag of food out of my hand to make sure no food packaging was open was nothing short of unprofessional and made us feel nervous to walk through the reception every time. We left a night early

Good option for low-budget travellers...

Liked: Clean, well organized. Quiet neighborhood full of beautiful villas, close to public transport (metro, bus, vintage tram). A nice 30-45 min walk to the Central Station if you like exploring. There is a large park within ten minutes walk with a playground and several benches. The location and the price of the hotel are the highlights. The hotel itself is sparse but adequate. No food is allowed in the hotel itself, and there are limited options for tea/coffee in the small lobby. There is a lovely gazebo in the garden that can be used for takeout food. Guests who plan to eat out for all meals will find this arrangement no problem; guests who prefer snacking during their stay, or who have dietary restrictions, may struggle with the lack of on-site options.Due to the age of the property, there were various rules in place for my room, such as being careful with the furnishings (shower vent, shower doors, rolling shutters, etc). The hostess also explained rules for the comfort of all guests, such as quiet hours. Check-in and checkout were efficient. Noise levels were reasonable. The rooms were cleaned every day.A simple, comfortable stay.

Hotel Bicocca

Liked: This hotel is just to get through the night ,and no other services .The hostess doesn't allow to bring in snacks or any other food ,she even came to check if we were eating .And many more instructions on how to behave ,how to open the window and the door

For sure, I’m not going...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The person in charge of the hotel was a lady that sleeps in the entrance, to open the door every time you get out because when you get out you cannot leave with the key you cannot eat inside of your room. You cannot speak loudly. You cannot drink inside the room you cannot you cannot arrive drunk at the hotel. You always have to leave your car keys with her if you want to leave the car inside of the park of the hotel. More rules, and a lost of dust everywhere She scream at us one night because we left the hotel to smoke a cigarette
