Perfect overnight stop
Liked: Great location on edge of town but only a 10 minutes bus ride away and bus service every 15 minutes or so. Quiet location but not far from toll road. Good and safe parking.
Disliked: Nothing major

Superb
Liked: Room was great, a lovely size, spotlessly clean and well appointed. Breakfast was nice (I loved the fruit!), and the young people were so friendly. Location for me wasn't a problem but 30-40 minute walk to Grand Plage, 10-15 minute cycle or bus a 5-10 minute walk awayA shout out for Tom on reception who was very professional, helpful and a natural with customer interaction - thanks Tom!
Disliked: Internet was unavailable during my whole stay - a regional issue I was told

Great value and fabulous staff...
Liked: Good location and lovely walk into town centre from here. Secure parking and quiet.The staff and management trainees were all wonderful - makes you feel good staying here :). Lovely breakfast
Disliked: Noisy air conditioning unit in room - should have just opened the window !

Exceptional
Liked: When we arrived we were met by a wonderful welcome, The students and their professor reall made us feel at home. All of the staff in the restaurant, cafe and bar were excellent and very professional. The quality of all the meals and drinks were superb. The standards were akin to a 5 star hotel and restaurant. Thank you so much and we will definitely reccommend this hotel to all our friends.

A teaching hotel with superb...
Liked: Location was good, secure parking, staff, students and teachers were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Food in the restaurant was very high standard, excellent and delicious.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Liked: It was a good price and was exactly what I needed - an overnight stay en-route from Portugal to U.K.
Disliked: There was nobody on reception on an arrival, which was late at night. Although I was provided with a gate code for the car park, and my room key was left in an envelope at reception, the hotel is not lit up at all - nothing to say it’s there - and so it was hard to find. Also, breakfast was only from 7:30 ‘til 9:00am - not a lot of time at all! (I missed breakfast!)
