Liked: I would like to point how nice staff were there! OMG very chatty, helpful and so kind. Giving all needed informations. We wre worried about Jacuzzi, if will be clean... You never know.. But room was spotless clean, jacuzzi was super clean. Beds was like they said - you sleeping like on cloud ;) Extra we got little welcome gift :) I already dream to come back to you :) Food was amazing, so tasty and fancy.
Disliked: I can't complain!!!

We had a great holiday.

Liked: This hotel is in an excellent location and the room and breakfast were both great. The staff were very nice and the room was always well stocked and very clean with plenty fresh towels etc. The staff on reception were great too and everything was very well organised. We requested twin beds in one of the rooms and cars to and from the airport. The drivers were very helpful. We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel and the transport etc.

Liked: Plenty of choice for breakfast both hot and cold food, wine and fruit on arrival and the mini fridge stocked with free water
Disliked: The room allocated not really suitable for two friends of the same sex

Lovely hotel in a good...

Liked: Room with a view of the square was just what we wanted. The breakfast was lovely and a good choice. Loved the poached pears. The staff were all lovely and we ate a few other times at the hotel as the food was very good. A bottle of Prosecco on arrival and a bottle of red wine on the last night was a nice surprise as were the soft drinks in the fridge free of charge.
Disliked: Could have had an option for a sheet only as room was very warm even with the air conditioner.
