Liked: Front desk was friendly and accommodating. We arrived in a cold snap pipes were frozen , also broken bed and full trash can in the kitchen etc. The owner refused a refund, but front desk did find a better room a few rooms over.
Disliked: We arrived in a cold snap pipes were frozen , also broken bed and full trash can in the kitchen etc. The owner refused a refund, but front desk did find a better room a few rooms over. Heat couldn't keep up and jackets had to be work at night. But we made it till the end of our hockey tournament.
