I felt secure and easy...

Liked: Broadly the hotel met my expectations, staff was friendly and keen to help. Good parking and close to L5 Suanzes station that is a direct line to commute to Madrid centro. Just around the corner there are very good cafes and restaurants. So do not need to go to the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas for breakfast, brunch or lunch.
Disliked: I will improve or add some extra space for storage in the rooms

Recommend to stay

Liked: The location is very good, near the metro. 5 min to the station and only 20 min to the center of the city. There are some good restaurants nearby, with good price/value rate. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was working.So all good. If you are looking for a calm, quiet and friendly place to stay - this is your choice. To be honest, there is nothing that I can complain about.

Very caring and kind staff...

Liked: The kindness of both Maria and Nasira to help me locate my missing luggage at the airport upon arrival. The beds were big and very comfortable. Everything was very clean -- cleaning crew was very nice and polite.
Disliked: The value of the location is priced correctly!
