Shame about the courtesy bus...

Liked: Evening meal and breakfast.Gentleman at reception friendly and helpful
Disliked: the two hour gap when courtesy bus from airport does not work 14 00 to 16 00 hrs. Do not phone at 14 05 !Femail reception staff unhelpful and rude
