Liked: Very helpful staff. Excellent location in centre of town. Found us secure bike storage and happy to store our bags the next morning. Very good value for money
Disliked: Rooms quite warm as weather hot. ? Could provide a fan

Liked: Location was good. Good sized room.
Disliked: The doors slammed a lot so was quite noisy at night.Breakfast was poor. I was charged more money by the hotel than I was expecting to pay as per my booking.

Great location, okay room.

Liked: The breakfast was lovely and the hotel is in an excellent location. The staff were very friendly and able to help, it was a very cool place to stay in the middle of Caen. The noise cancelling of the windows was also excellent.
Disliked: The room smelled like cigarettes a bit which was not great.

Liked: The room was clean and quiet and the bathroom adequate.
Disliked: The heater didn't work. More electrical outlets needed. The hotel was too far from the station. Not enough suitable restaurants or "grocery" stores in the area. NO refrigerator in the room and no ice available (seems to be the trend in Europe).
