Liked: Very beautiful place near the major towns, the lake view amazing, especially at sunset.The hotel owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. They take more step to pick me up from the train station (2 km away)Definitely recommend place for anyone seeking relaxation in the heart of beauty nature.

Excellent location and value for...

Liked: Felt very safe and secure and was a one minute walk from the metro exit. About 4/5 mins to central train station. The room had a window overlooking some garden area and there was birdsong, I didn’t expect this in Milan. Free drinks given in room fridge. Free wifi. Luggage storage facility was efficient. Room was more spacious than I expected. Excellent shower pressure and temperature.
Disliked: They had used bleach to clean the bathroom and possibly not rinsed off enough as room smelled strongly of bleach on arrival and into the next day… Needed to air out the room. Need to update hair-drier. When showering the screen was not wide enough to block water from getting all over the floor.
