Liked: The location of the hotel is very good. A few mins away from Kiel central station. The breakfast, although variety isn't large, is very wonderfully prepared and tastes very good. For a short business trip or a short stay over, I would highly recommend this hotel. But not for a long holiday as there aren't many facilities.
Disliked: The shower area is extremely small in size. My 2m tall husband had alot of difficulties moving in the little cubicle during shower. The bedroom, family room, was rather small in size. Can be quite a hazard if there are any emergencies,

Very good

Liked: The location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore the surrounding area. Everything I needed was just a short walk away. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile and provide recommendations when needed. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would definitely consider staying here again.
Disliked: some rooms not have air conditioner

Disliked: We had some trouble getting our key-cards on the screen in the lobby, even though we had made the check-in before coming to the hotel. Luckily someone came to help us
