Disliked: Automated check-in was a nightmare. Terminals didn't worl properly, cards not accepted, very diffucult to find someone to help.I booked a suite that was smaller than regular rooms (!) and after complaining I was upgraded to a bigger suite which was smelly. Toilet was small and sticky. Bad experience

Liked: Location was comfortable
Disliked: Room was too hot and airco did not work. Room was not clean and bit outdated. Expectations where 2 bedroom not a curtain

Fun hotel, easy access, nice...

Liked: The room features with the kids beds were great. The ping pong and resturant were also wonderful.
Disliked: Would have liked to have a self service laudry area, while traveling light we needed to do laundry for the next leg of our trip and the hotel service was far too expensive. One item was also significantly torn during that process. Would have been great to have a coin laundry area to do it ourselves.

Disliked: No working AC, room wasn’t cleaned, and they have water leaks in rooms that make them smell like a sewage. If you complain they’ll just say it’s how things are in Germany
