Nice located hotel for guests...

Liked: Nice shop with a wide selection of various goods. Somehow it is only self service. See my comment what I dislike. No one to help in case of troubles.
Disliked: Lack of any human being at the reception during checkin and checkout. No one to ask a question or ask for help. What should do vision impaired person or someone who’s elderly and have a problem with writing on virtual keyboard on screen. No one at night. What to do if someone lost the key card or the key card will demagnetise. No one to leave the message with request “do not clean my room”. Damn! It should not be so dehumanised.p.s. after your reply "Our team is also always present in the lobby to ensure guests receive prompt support whenever needed" I must admit that it is a lie. During my check-in I simply wanted to pay for my dogs but there was nobody to suport me with this. When I was walking the dog at 3 am at first night and at 4 am at second night there was nobody in widely speaking reception - the whole corridor between parking entrance and main entrance was empty.

Disliked: Curtains in room not quite big enough to fully cover window when closed.

Liked: Lovely decoration, sauna, big room
Disliked: Had rang reception for a iron and a ironing board before we went out, 20 mins late still hadn’t arrived so we called back down to see when it was coming was told house keeping would be bringing it. Waited another 15mins and never came so we had to leave as we had a booking somewhere. House keepers don’t really clean the room, we had put rubbish (pizza boxes/cans) on the side and they were never taken. Expected a little more from the room as I had upgraded to a premium room but there was no sofa In the room as shown on the pictures. Bed was quite squeaky. TV didn’t work, The small shower head was broke and was spraying water out the sides. Sauna only opened at 6pm and the table tennis was not included in the price and was an additional €5 for half an hour.
