Liked: Excellent Radisson hotel. Interesting design solutions in the hall and room. Self-check-in.

Very good

Liked: Rooms are spacious and bed is comfortable. Giant breakfast area and many options to choose. Comfortable common areas in ground floor. Good self service store for food and drinks in reception area. Location is quiet but near metro stations and walkable.
Disliked: Barely any staff are visible, payments, check in and store are self service. The hotel is massive and some areas feel dark and distant. 7th floor is not easily reachable from the lobby. Your perspective of the hotel may be totally different depending on the location of your room.

Lovely hotel with everything you...

Liked: Big hotel that is well run. Common areas had a nice vibe and the rooms were spacious and well equipped. Particularly enjoyed the coffee pod machine first thing in the morning. Breakfast was buffet style. Got pretty busy at peak but always plenty of space and well run.
Disliked: If you are there for the touristy stuff then you will spend a lot of time on the underground, etc. Not a problem as it is reliable, clean and cheap. Berlin is a big, spread out city so expect to put the miles in
