Wonderful Stay with Stunning Views...

Liked: A beautiful hotel located on top of the hill with breathtaking views of the mountains and the lake. The hotel has been recently renovated and offers excellent facilities — especially the wellness area, which was a highlight of our stay. The sauna was absolutely amazing, as were the other wellness features.Our room had a stunning view of both the lake and the mountains, making our stay even more special. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent.We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel’s restaurant — the setting was elegant and the food was delicious. Breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of options.There are many hiking trails in the area, but unfortunately, we only had one day and the weather wasn’t in our favor. Still, we’re definitely planning to come back to enjoy more of what this wonderful place has to offer.
Disliked: Everything was above our expectations. If we could suggest anything, it would be to offer some smaller pillows in addition to the large ones, and perhaps consider an upgrade to the bathroom in the room. But overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Liked: Stunning views, lovely hotel beautifully updated to keep a traditional feel. Great stay for our visit to Neuschwanstein Castle.
Disliked: The bed is a little firm for my liking but that wouldn’t deter me from staying here again.

Relaxing hotel in a great...

Liked: Lovely views. Warm and cosy feel. Traditional style. Easy parking. Excellent dining. Super breakfast. Friendly staff and a warm welcome on arrival. We didn’t try the spa so cannot comment. Unfortunately, we only visited for one night..we will return and definitely for a longer stay.
Disliked: 5 stars all round ..but a coffee machine would be welcome in the room.

Great hotel bring your own...

Liked: Beautiful view out of balcony, staff was friendly, could dine in, very clean, breakfast was wonderful.
Disliked: The pillows were like a loose cotton bag. Only downside of the hotel.

Liked: Location was excellent and the views are beautiful. I loved the underground parking. The walks arround the hotel are also beautiful. Loaction is only 10 to 15 minutes to Fussen.
Disliked: Internet is very slow sometimes.

Liked: Breakfast was great, everything was really clean and the staff were all very friendly! Stayed for one night only but it was very comfortable. We visited the spa and it was nice! Saunas were great but the pool was a bit too cool for my taste since we were there during cold weather.
