Liked: I stayed here twice and genuinely appreciated the exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff—they created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything in Prague, and the hotel is very clean and well maintained. I also appreciated that they take sustainability seriously, which is a thoughtful and responsible touch. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable place to stay.
Disliked: This was my second stay at the hotel. Although the property lacks dedicated business facilities, I returned because the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the location is convenient for getting around Prague. These were the two main reasons I was happy to give the hotel another try.However, several important issues have led me to look elsewhere going forward. Most notably, I requested to move my booking to another date—two months in advance—not cancel, just reschedule. Unfortunately, the hotel declined with no flexibility at all. As a frequent business traveller to Prague (once or twice per month), this kind of inflexibility is a serious drawback. Professional travel often requires adaptability, and this experience made it clear the hotel isn’t suited for that need.In terms of the spa, it was quite underwhelming. The sauna was barely warm, and although there was a hot tub, it was only lukewarm. There were no other spa features. For a hotel that promotes itself as a spa destination, the facilities fall short of even basic expectations.The bathroom was another letdown—very small, with a fixed shower head that couldn’t be adjusted or removed and pointed toward the wall, making it awkward to use. There was also a noticeable odour upon arrival, which didn’t help the overall impression.Breakfast is not included, and it’s served across the street in their hostel for €9. I chose instead to go to a nearby café, which provided better value and atmosphere.There’s also no lobby or working area, which makes the hotel less practical for business purposes.To summarise, while I appreciated the friendly staff and good location, the combination of inflexibility, limited spa and bathroom comfort, and lack of business-friendly spaces means I’ve decided to stay elsewhere in future. I’ve now found alternative accommodation in Prague that offers the flexibility and setup I need. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

Liked: - Location, your basically in Centre of Prague with many shops, takeaways, currency exchanges within 1 minutes to the hotel.- good breakfast

Liked: The room was spacious enough for a large double bed and a 1 person bed. The beds were comfortable and clean. We had the room cleaned and towels changed daily.There is a lobby area at the first floor that looks nice and relaxing.Bathroom was decent size as well and cleaned daily. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were decent choices for breakfast, including some gluten free options.The tram station is close by, making this properly well connected to the city center and also within walking distance if you choose to walk. The restaurant next to the hotel is good food quality and decent prices.
Disliked: There was no available parking spot, as they were all booked in in advance. The pillows were not the most comfortable, but that is depending an everyone’s choice.
