Spacious and great location

Liked: Great location and nice that there is a 24/7 reception, Jeje, the man who took care of my bags was soooo friendly! He really made me day! The rooms are spacious but boring. It's a great hotel for staying one or two nights.
Disliked: There was a lot of noice coming from the room next door and in the hallways during the night.Staff could check this out

Liked: Location was okay
Disliked: They charged me $700 pesos, to check out 1 hour after normal check out. And dude didnt want to give me a receipt. Pretty sure he pocketed the money. I came back for my luggage after check in and my key was no longer working. I went to front desk and he said, its now considered late check out, in order to activate your key, you need to pay 700 pesos.

Liked: The staff were very welcoming and lovely. Very comfortable and clean room and perfect location across from metrobus and from all the hustle and bustle of the Roma district.
