An honest choice

Liked: Location and staffBreakfast was good ( I recommend the hotel restaurant from downstairs)
Disliked: Air conditioning very noisy and almost uselessNo fridge (it s a 5 star hotel, on booking says 4 but in reality it’s maximum a 3)

Liked: location big roomgreat service from the staff, including ADO staff directly in the hotel lobby which is a great benefit
Disliked: the hotel is not super new and it doesn't look like a 5 stars hotelanyway, it was a great choice for our stay and I do recommend it

Liked: Location is just the best .!!! With several public transportation options just steps away from the hotel it is super conveniente, safe zone and you can walk around the neighborhood to get some of the famous Mexican gastronomy.
Disliked: Rooms are ok, AC doesn’t work and it is super noisy

Overall pretty good!

Liked: Great location, walking distance to many restaurants and Roma Nte. Staff were very nice. Convenient restaurant in the building.
Disliked: AC was very loud and didn’t work well. Room was very humid despite it being cool outside. No fridge or kettle available. Beds were hard.

Wouldn’t go back again

Liked: Staff was very nice and the location was good
Disliked: Building AC doesn’t work properly at all, it gets so hot. It’s like that in all room and this is a major drawback especially during hot weather. The washroom’s toilet was leaking water in the washroom - it was so gross. They charge for water after given the first time which is usually free. The beds were uncomfortable. There’s no iron, fridge, or a simple coffee machine in the room. I personally wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s cheap but at what cost?

Liked: The luxury entrance and reception.The attention from the staff.The size for the room is plenty and comfortable.I love it.
Disliked: The air conditioner, is old.
