Liked: The location is excellent, 3 min walking to train station, exactly how I need it . Small room, just basic, 2 beds, very comfortable and clean, shower very good, even the soap and shampoo very nice

WORST HOTEL EVER

Liked: Worst hotel experience of my life!
Disliked: Worst hotel experience of my lifeI booked Hotel Ben two and a half months in advance, expecting at least a basic level of comfort, especially considering I’m 40 years old and paid 800 euros for a 4-night stay. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.There was no elevator, and I was given the last available room, which was incredibly small — barely 1.5 to 2 meters wide. The hallways smelled like mold, and overall cleanliness was very poor. I honestly preferred walking outside in the streets rather than staying in that room, but I had no other choice.To make things worse, the bathroom and toilet were shared — something I was not informed about and certainly did not want. They were in terrible condition, adding to an already unpleasant stay.The only positive thing I can mention is that the staff was friendly, but that alone does not make up for the unacceptable condition of the building, the awful smell, the tiny room, and the overall discomfort.I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
