Liked: world class wellness facilities, excellent staff - Sonya & Daniel in particular went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed during my stay. great activities organized through the hotel meant that if you wanted to, you didn’t need to plan your own itinerary. Great staff that lead the hiking and bike tours. comfortable rooms, impressive views from the junior suites. Great food throughout breakfast, lunch, dinner & diverse and excellent wine list.

Liked: Absolutely perfect stay! The hotel exceeded all our expectations: beautiful location, spotless rooms, delicious breakfast and exceptionally friendly staff. We truly felt welcome and taken care of. We would love to come back and highly recommend this place to everyone.

Liked: I liked the spa and the staff there
Disliked: I didn’t like that it had no AC which they didn’t mention in the description and it was really hot outside and we couldn’t open the windows because all the flies and wizards will coke in and when we told them they just gave us a fan. People staying at the hotel are rude had to face a couple of harassment.

Liked: I do not know where to start. I travel a lot. And this is definitely the best hotel experience of my life. Everything was the same as in the photo or better. Excellent service! Great beds! A large room with a magnificent view. I have never returned to the hotel twice to relax. But I'll be back here!

Liked: Nice view on all the sides of the Hotel.The staff was really nice.We had a great time relaxing by the numerous pools.There is a waiter service for drinks at the pool.There is a lot of activities around the hotel.
Disliked: The dinner menus are repetitive.
