Hotel air conditioning unit way too loud. Bar service and staff exceptional. Staff at hotel lobby should have some kind of uniform, not plain clothes.

Exactly what we wanted. Staggering distance from the Commodore! Clean and comfortable.

Liked: Nice staff. Clean hotel.
Disliked: Key cards were annoying. Had to go to front desk several times to get them fixed.

All and all it was a lousy experience and I would like my money back .

Disliked: The room was very small; the sheets were clean but the bedding smelled stale; the elevator was out of order when we came back from Cirque du Soleil. I am 73 years old with knee problem and I had to walk 5 flights of stairs to get back to our room; the staff at the front desk were rude and indifferent - I asked if they had a service elevator and they said there was no service elevator, and told us that since it was not an emergency the elevator would probably not be fixed for 3 or 4 more hours, and had no way of helping me out. So I struggled up 5 flights of stairs. The breakfast was lukewam. The $139 room ended up costing close to $190. They did not tell us on arrival that parking was $18 - another lovely surprise.

Disliked: The rooms were tiny. No mini fridge. No tub. No blow dryer

Cool hotel vibes, great service...

Liked: Your parking lot is so tiny, not welcoming for anyone with a truck like myself. But we made it work, the hotel was great, the restaurant was amazing. Friendly staff all throughout the hotel. Even got a free beer from the hotel ceck in process. I would absolutely stay here again. Only down size was the music from the restaurant or nightclub downstairs was pretty loud and made it hard to sleep when your on the 1st floor. But the tunes didn't suck so I did a dance in my undies before passing out fast asleep, eventually :)
Disliked: Parking lot, I think someone dinged my door having to park so close to each other. But such is life.

Not recommended

Liked: The corner king suite was great. We were upgraded to it for free but then were asked to pay extra for the next night. We went through hell and had to replace rooms twice in 48 hours but then we when asked for a completely breakfast the answer was simply- no.
Disliked: The rooms with the “queen” or “full” beds have beds so small they maybe suitable for a teenager. Not a couple. Most of the rooms are terrible. Small. Badly organized. The hotel charges for water! That’s unheard of. The internet is extremely slow.

Liked: Staff was super welcoming and helpful. Decor was gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious and came with the room.
Disliked: Parking was a little stressful because it was not guaranteed but we were lucky and did get it.

Pleasant

Liked: We were given a room at the top floor to avoid noise which I appreciate The gentlemen at the front desk were very welcoming, and accommodating. The rooms were super clean thanks to the housekeeping team. The wait staff at the restaurant were also wonderful. The interior design is nice.
Disliked: The breakfast included in the package was not that great. I recommend you skip that and go to breakfast some other place nearby. Very limited options especially for picky eaters (kids) and those of us who don't eat ham. The beds were very short to accommodate the smallish tight space. The scents were overwhelming in the lobby. They also need an additional elevator. The bar and restaurant get a lot of customers especially on the weekend. So be sure to book on the fifth floor to avoid the noise. And there was some machine rumbling on and off at night and sometimes during the day and some sort of pipes under our room also kept us up some nights. We were not sure where the noise was coming from. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.
