Liked: The food is yummy. The staff are very friendly and have knowledge of the area. It's my favorite place to stay in bellingham. The view is great, with a walking path. Best location in Bellingham

Classy and comfortable in a...

Liked: We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Bellwether. It was classy and low-keyed in a good way. We had drinks, breakfast and dinner at the hotel and both the cocktails and food was excellent. Service was always prompt and gracious. The location is absolutely gorgeous and we loved that there is a great walking path with beautiful scenery. Parking was easy. The room was very comfortable and roomy. I would highly recommend this place!

Not what I expected for...

Liked: Bar happy hour quality and selection. Excellent bathroom amenities. Secure covered parking.
Disliked: Inordinately loud HVAC. Height of bed mattress.

Liked: Great staff. Fabulous location. Food in the restaurant was excellent. We've stayed here many times before and will return. A few maintenance issues interrupted our stay. The staff tried to get solutions for us.
Disliked: A/C didn't work and drains in bathroom clogged. The staff was very responsive to trying to get things working. A/C unit failed and needed to be replaced which couldn't happen during our stay.
