Disappointing

Liked: Great staff. Fabulous location. Food in the restaurant was excellent. We've stayed here many times before and will return. A few maintenance issues interrupted our stay. The staff tried to get solutions for us.
Disliked: A/C didn't work and drains in bathroom clogged. The staff was very responsive to trying to get things working. A/C unit failed and needed to be replaced which couldn't happen during our stay.

Very relaxing. Here because of...

Liked: My dog Mac and I loved being on the ground floor and the patio facing the water. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: A lot of incidental charges. 2 pages of charges for 3 nights stay seems a bit much.
