Luxury Hotel in Perfect Location

Liked: Wonderful luxury hotel in perfect location: close to old town, close to the major shopping streets with cafes and restaurants, and nonetheless quiet. Large and perfectly clean rooms with elegant furniture. Very good breakfast. Kind and helpful staff.

Exceptional

Elegant Hotel in the Heart...

Liked: The room was large and well furnished. The hotel is located right in the center of Old Town. The staff was kind, professional and very helpful.
Disliked: The soaking tub was extremely deep. I had to help my elderly mother get in and out of the tub when she wanted to shower. Although the bedding was soft and extremely high quality, the mattress was extremely firm. So firm that I found it uncomfortable because it caused pressure points on my hip and shoulder when sleeping on my side. I tried to sleep on my back instead of my side and the pressure was on my sacrum. The hard mattress was disappointing because everything else in the room was sumptuous - goose down pillows, incredibly soft sheets, fluffy comforter, and oversized bathrobes.
