Enjoyed our sneaky mid weekie...

Liked: We liked the styling. The bed was comfortable. Had everything that we needed.
Disliked: The bathroom could have been revamped a little better but overall we were happy with the facilities.

Bellinzona Brilliance

Liked: A beautiful hotel in a wonderful setting, Hepburn Springs provided the perfect Winter break for us. The historical site was well positioned in the small town and we enjoyed local walks nearby to the Springs. Street parking is easy with good access to the hotel. A lovely, welcoming lobby bar and busy restaurant this hotel is suited to all types of travellers. The rooms were well equipped, maintained and cleaned daily by a friendly housekeeping team. We stayed four relaxing nights and also took advantage of the sauna, spa and heated indoor pool daily.Exceptional staff. Amazing food and beverage services. We dined in for breakfast and dinner daily, with drinks each evening in the bar. A special shout out to Jessica on Reception who did everything to make our stay memorable. We will return!
Disliked: Nothing really. It exceeded our expectations. There was a small issue with our heating when we arrived which was sorted out promptly and staff were professional and accommodating when this was brought to their attention. They really couldn't have done any more to help us. A power outage in the region was unfortunate during our stay. We felt for the staff who managed things with a smile. It did not detract from an amazing holiday and we enjoyed a day trip to Maldon, Castlemaine during the outage.

Liked: The design and decor looked great online. Location was good.
Disliked: It was Sunday and there was no food available between 3pm and 6pm. We took a walk around the gardens and there were cigarette butts everywhere. The guy in reception wasn’t very welcoming.
