Liked: The property was clean, the lobby was nice and clean, they have snacks and things in the lobby that can be bought. I like that beach towels are offered for free, room is nice just small. Late check out was only an additional 25$ to stay until 1pm, which is also nice.
Disliked: The rooms are on the smaller side, no microwave in your room either, the room temp cant be adjusted at all. So if you’re planning on going in the summer and you like the air below 67 id just stay somewhere else. Nights can get very uncomfortable sleeping warm.

Descent for a one nighter.

Liked: That the rooms were connected
Disliked: The front desk person (lady) wasn’t the most pleasant. I didn’t like that there was zero parking. We had to park in a garage and walk over to the hotel. It was very tight, crowded and cramped.

Great stay in South Beach!

Liked: The property was clean and the beds where comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful.
