Disappointing

Liked: Food was good. Location is close to public transport and very accessible
Disliked: The room was not soundproof at all. Any little noise outside sounds like it's happening inside the room. The bathroom needs a LOT of rennovation work. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. Overall, the room was much less than expected for its value

Good value for money but...

Liked: Quiet location, handy for public transport, big room, excellent breakfast
Disliked: Dated rooms and bathrooms, our bathroom smelled of smoke

Liked: Good traditional hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Lifts dont give access to all floors.

Great, friendly and reasonably priced

Liked: Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Vienna, using public transport. The hotel is grand looking in an absolutely beautiful building. Our suite was extremely spacious
Disliked: Some decor and furniture is a little worn, but there are signs of the hotel making improvements.

Superb

Good value

Liked: Very good value for money. Tastefully renovated older building. Good location easy access to city centre by tram. Great breakfast included. A leaking air conditioner was repaired immediately. This was my second visit in a year for a few days
Disliked: Extractor fan in bathroom was not repairable

Pretty

Liked: Good for pictures, comfortable beds, central, but dated.
Disliked: Stains on the sofa and loud air conditioner.
