Overall, it was a nice place but one that seemed to be justifying its rates based on location and little else. I'd stay there again but not before looking at other options in the area first.

Liked: The location couldn't be beat!
Disliked: Wifi was down the entire weekend. Not a big deal except when you're paying $330 a night.

Liked: Good location. Delicious breakfast.
Disliked: Toilet water flush was poor. We complained this issue. But they said this was normal. They did not do nothing. My children room was better than ours and no problem. And Lots of water leaking from the shower stalls and soaking bath mats. Room looked clean, but there was dust in every corner and they are not well cleaned details.

What a wonderful surprise all...

Liked: The location was just perfect on a lovely spring day near Central Park. The lobby was modern and beautiful and I was checked in quickly with polite instructions on how to use the elevator. Opening the door to the room, it was magnificent. I"ve stayed in many hotels in NYC and this felt spacious, light and was incredibly clean and well-appointed. Two queen beds, with a night stand each and a bottle of water on each. Big window with option of light blocking shade or adjustable blind. Bathroom was gorgeous and well appointed with a plentiful supply of towels, wall mounted shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Hairdryer and iron were also available. The room was absolutely quiet (that just doesn't happen in NYC) with not a siren or a honking horn from the Broadway and I had a wonderful sleep. Front door staff were super helpful and got me a cab to LGA upon departure. $10 coupon for breakfast was enough for a lovely cafe au lait and a apple pastry. My colleague and I met there and ate in the outdoor seating which was so pleasant. All I can say about this hotel is...what a wonderful surprise!

Great Stay with Excellent Location...

Liked: The hotel itself was very nice and gave us great vibes from the moment we arrived. It was exceptionally clean, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The location was amazing—everything we planned to see was within walking distance, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything was excellent. Honestly, I can’t think of anything negative to say. Just a fantastic place with an unbeatable location!
Disliked: I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it, but just as a heads-up: the breakfast setup is a bit different than what we expected. It’s served in a small café downstairs with limited seating. However, you can grab your coffee, pastry, or sandwich and take it back to your room to enjoy. It’s not a traditional buffet-style breakfast with a wide variety of options. Instead, on arrival, you receive vouchers to use at the café each morning. That said, the food is tasty and fresh—it’s just something to be aware of if you’re expecting a larger breakfast spread.

Liked: Excellent french-inspired breakfast location right next door. Perfect location.Flexible service, arranged a roll-in bed for our son, whos accomodation at a different place got cancelled on the same day.

Liked: my room had lovely view and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the 10dollar voucher for breakfast.
Disliked: the size of the bathroom in room 208 was ridiculously small. As an Interior Designer in Greece specilizing in Hotel Design you would not be allowed to have such small bathroom . You could not sit straight on the toilet and I am not tall a mere 5.2 !!!!!!! I asked to change room and they said if you want a larger bathroom u will have to sacrifice the view and look onto a wall v.... so I opted for the view although it doesn't make sense to me why you must have one or the other !!!
