Overall, it was a nice place but one that seemed to be justifying its rates based on location and little else. I'd stay there again but not before looking at other options in the area first.
Liked: The location couldn't be beat!
Disliked: Wifi was down the entire weekend. Not a big deal except when you're paying $330 a night.

Liked: Old world charm with an amazing staff. The nicest group of people who are working very hard to make you happy. Lot of renovations bring this hotel to it?s original charm. Wonderful stay.

Perfect location, old building.
Liked: The location is extremely convenient. Close to a subway, close to central park, close to natural history museum and very calm neighbourhood. staff was very nice and helpful. the value for money though was extremely high for this hotel.
Disliked: Breakfast is a voucher to be taken in the bakery next door, no flexibility at all, so if you are a picky eater or have allergens this breakfast will not be suitable for you. Rooms were quite dusty, and a constant air draught was going through the windows.
