Overall, it was a nice place but one that seemed to be justifying its rates based on location and little else. I'd stay there again but not before looking at other options in the area first.
Liked: The location couldn't be beat!
Disliked: Wifi was down the entire weekend. Not a big deal except when you're paying $330 a night.

IT WAS A MOST MEMORABLE...
Liked: Room was a tad small, however very clean and bed was super comfortable. Location was great! Close to a wonderful grocery and to restaurants. Centrally located. Complimentary breakfastwas a delicious treat from the French bakery downstairs, "Mille Feuille." Great coffee and pastriesto get you on a wonderful start to the day!
Disliked: There was nothing to complain about. Staff was very professional and very friendly and helpful. I had asked for early check in, as my flight arrived at around 10:00 am. By the time I arrived at the hotel from LGA, there was already a room available for me. I was exceedingly gratefulfor that.

Nice hotel, but a room...
Liked: Good location, nice facilities
Disliked: Two main issues:1. No window - the window in the room faced some kind of an internal hallway, with no light and no fresh air. For all sense and purpose this isn't a window and it should've said so when making the booking.2. Very poor breakfast - there's no real breakfast. You simply get a $10 voucher for a cafe downstairs. This doesn't buy much (if anything) and requires standing in line for a 40 mins, because the cafe can't handle the load of hungry hotel guests. At the end there's no place to sit to enjoy this symbolic "breakfast".

Superb
Liked: We paid the room with the view on the Broadway and it was as nice as expected: big and with four nice windows on the street.
Disliked: The line for the breakfast was always too long and the time of waiting was too much

Passable
Liked: Entire floor smelled like someone smoking pot. There was a constant loud whoshing noise that was off and on all day and night. I bought earplugs to sleep. Great location, expensive room for what we got.

Great value for money and...
Liked: Very clean hotel in a lovely building with an amazingly helpful staff that make you feel at home. Close to everything really, 3 min for a subway station, not even 10 min walk to Central Park, with lots of shops and places to eat around. Would absolutely recommend as it was great value for money.
Disliked: Breakfast was a let down. When booking breakfast to a hotel you expect a proper boufet, continental or similar. You do get "complimentary" 10$ vouchers/day/person to use in a cafe/bakery downstairs but you could only get a coffee and a croissant really. So not the best experience. I'm assuming it works well for both the hotel and the bakery but for the guests that expect a proper breakfast it really is a letdown.
