Disliked: Air conditioning set to 29 degrees as a optimal due to 39 outdoor. Not a good nights sleep even with the comfy bed. The staff did help but the room stayed too warm.

Liked: Location at the Port was excellent, and the rooms were very clean. It gives you access straight to the vibrant hub of the old town.The staff were excellent and helpful. The hotel bar is one level above ground with an outlook over the Port with, again, great staff.
Disliked: The room was too cramped for us. There wasn't enough space to place our two large bags we had to move some furniture to make floor space. I was unable to set the air conditioning as it is controlled at reception and was set too high for a comfortable sleep in the hot weather. The shower flooded onto the bathroom floor if you ran the water for more than two minutes. I had informed reception, so hopefully, it will be fixed.

Liked: Comfortable and clean. You could open window which we liked.
Disliked: The staircase was rather shabby.

Superb

A clean room in a...

Liked: I had an attic room on the 5th floor. It was surprisingly very comfortable with two small windows to the harbor. Breakfast was decent although not much protein. Staff works hard there and makes difference.
Disliked: Blasting music noises from somewhere early in the evening, but it went away by the time I went to sleep. Facilities can be upgraded, but it was worth the money I paid.
