Liked: Everything about this Hotel is excellent. Location is 5 minutes walk from the train station Firenze S.M.N , surrounded by restaurants Hotel is Clean , Room is vey nice quite of space, Luggage storage in the hotel makes your life easier when it comes to early check-in and check-out. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

Liked: The location great as we travelled by train really close to everything great hotel all access via codes no reception, great views and rooftop area for views we would stay again definitely room was just perfect for our stay.

Liked: Good communication around about checking in and checking out. Great location close to the train station and sites.
Disliked: Air conditioner was realising a lot of water. We had to put out towels on the floor to keep up with it.

Very nice small hotel with...

Liked: It is a nice small hotel located on the last floor of the old but nice building. All major attractions are in walking distance. Our room did not have a special view but we really enjoyed rooftop terrace that provided excellent views to Medici Chapel and Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore considering free snacks and drinks it was one of the best places to meet sunset in Florence. The hotel also have 2 private parking spaces available the entrance was quite narrow as usual in historic buildings but with compact SUV it was not much a problem. The room was clean the people were extremely friendly and helpful and small pleasant things like free coffee, tee and collections of sweets throughout the day made our stay very pleasant.
Disliked: I do not remember anything.

Liked: My mom and I stayed here for a few days. She unfortunately sprained her ankle on the first day in Florence and couldn't walk for almost two days. The staff were very helpful in making the best arrangement for us. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing! I would definitely book again next time!
