Disliked: Nothing (as most Czech hotels, the rooms aren't air conditioned, but I've found their supplied fans to be adequate).

Avoid Room 47 !!!

Liked: Friendly staff did their job as best they could
Disliked: Despite booking 6 months ago, I was put in a terrible attic room which I had to access via a dangerous ladder. I am disabled and can barely manage ordinary stairs. I had to carry my bag up the ladder. I could not stand up in the shower due to the sloping ceiling covering half of it. The bed was Austrian Twin and not a double as I had booked. The room was way too expensive considering all this. There was also no WiFi in the room.
