We had a wonderful stay...

Liked: Very friendly, welcoming, and warm family owned hotel. Fantastic staff who are very observant and service oriented.The hotel is right in the city center just a few steps from the teater and the walking street in Sønderborg.I wouldn’t call this sweet a suite, but it was a very spacious room with nice interior , lots of closets space and a safe.
Disliked: The shower walls could’ve been a little bit wider, and the showerhead moved a little backwards in the shower cabin. Unless you turn the showerhead backwards from its current situation, the entire floor will be soaked in water.It would’ve been nice with a wider shelf for toilet bag and toiletries by or next to the sink. The current one above the toilet was too narrow.

First stay but not last.

Liked: All as expected. Clean and everything you need for a day or two. Good location and nice breakfast buffet. We had dinner at the restaurant which also was nice.

Liked: Good breakfast.Replenished better on one day of our stay than the other.
Disliked: On arrival staff could have been more welcoming.

Liked: Excellent service, clean, comfortable bedding. Overall excellent the restaurant downstairs was fantastic as well. Would stay again
Disliked: Could have provided a little bit more shower amenities but there’s a supermarket 200 meters away.
