Liked: nice staff, perfect location with public transport close by, free parking
Disliked: noisy people in front of hotel in the evening - there is some kind of bar set up in front and if you leave your windows open to sleep, that was a bit annoying

The room was just ok,...

Liked: The hotel in general looked nice, the room was ok.
Disliked: The breakfast, and the breakfast experience, for 20euros per person, was a disgrace. When I checked in I paid 20 euros per person (there were two of us) to add breakfast. When we went to breakfast I was told I had paid for one person. I had to produce my bank details from my phone to prove I had paid for two. I was then told, with no apology, to speak to someone at reception. We were, in the meantime, given a dirty table to sit at. When I returned with the lady from reception the man working in breakfast argued with me about the cleanliness of the table (it had food all over it). They agreed I had paid for two (no apology for the mistake). The table was wiped, but we had to take cutlery and napkins from another table as we hadn't been given any. The breakfast itself, for 20euros, was an absolute disgrace, hardly any choice. I had to get up and go and ask for a coffee, to which the man working replied that he only hand one pair of hands (or something like this). Terrible service, terrible food, terrible hygiene and of course, no one working there cared one little bit.
