Pleasant thank you

Liked: I expected Like any hotel there is fan or A/C as the temprature was like 28 and even 29 degree ,also there was no Phone to call the reception so each time I need something I have to go down and after 9 no one is there .I also expeded a kettle and hot water with some tea bags but there were not .other than these points staff were very helpful friendly and the view was also great

Liked: Location was great, a small town called Wellisellen with one S-bahn stop to Orleikon st and 15 minutes to the airport. The staff was super nice.
Disliked: I don't know why they don't give us two keys for outside and inside. The key system was strange.

Disliked: My window was faulty so I could not open one side.

Uncomfortable sleep

Liked: Located close to the train.The room was clean
Disliked: -I met two receptionists, one of whom was very rude and unhelpful. They interrupted me and did not allow me to explain my situation fully. Additionally, they misunderstood my complaints.- The air conditioning was very hot, resulting in a poor night's sleep.- I found two spiders in the bed sheets while sleeping.- There was no phone in the room to contact the reception.- I was promised an iron upon check-in, but it was not provided. Despite following up the next morning, I had to request it again.- I was not provided with the Wi-Fi password. I tried to connect to the free Wi-Fi, thinking it was the only option available, and had to go down to the reception again to complain about the Wi-Fi not working, only then did they provide me with another WiFi which had a password but doesn't have the hotel's name.-the side bed table was not straight and it was tilted leading to my placed items to fall off.

Liked: The hotel is overall very good. The on-site restaurant is excellent. Special thanks to Anastasia at the reception -friendly, and always ready to help.
