Convenient and cheerful

Liked: Very convenient location near the train and bus stations and a short walk to the water. There's a supermarket right on the corner, too. Very nice people at reception. Easy check in. Very clean room. Good toiletries in the bathroom. Quiet. A nice bar for a morning coffee and a restaurant that has a menu del dia every day.
Disliked: There was no desk or table in my room, which made it difficult to use my laptop and have a light meal in my room. The walls seem to be made of plastic (?), though that could be some sort of soundproofing. A rather dreary "view". But other than these minor things, it was a nice place.
