Liked: Breakfast was fine.
Disliked: Cleaner was inconsistent - towels were replaced when not required. Front desk staff (male) were VERY casual …almost dismissal. The check in form to complete was very unprofessional.

Liked: Frankly, I didn't expect it to be this good. The staff was very polite, the bed was very comfortable, I slept uninterrupted. I will definitely come back next time I come.

Liked: Great central location. Very clean and modern design rooms with a comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast in a pleasant surrounding.

Good hotel helpful staff quiet...

Liked: Good modern hotel, great showers.Good cafeteria with a late night bar. Location is just outside the main centre in a Quiet side street.A few minutes walk is a bakery café and a bar, plus a Lidl supermarket. Rest of Bilbao is easily walkable from the hotel.
