Perfect location to see all...

Liked: The service was excellent. We made a mistake and arrived a day earlier than our original booking. Raphael at the front desk was awesome and fixed everything to our satisfaction. We would definable go again
Disliked: When we arrived it was not clear where we could park the car close by to unload our bags. We ended up finding public parking and walking a short distance back to the hotel

Liked: Immaculate hotel. Very helpful staff and excellent breakfast. Location was perfect for exploring.
Disliked: We booked two rooms a long time in advance but unfortunately they were 3 floors apart- we would have preferred that our teenagers were closer.

A nice hotel at a...

Liked: One of our rooms was great, without any issue. The rooftop with pool was nice. The location of the hotel was good, and the complimentary coffee bar in a main floor room near the dining room was nice.
Disliked: At check-in, the man (who appeared to be of management-level status), called me back when I was finished to say that my reservation said it was for one person. This was after I had presented both my husband and myself. I indicated I could not understand what he was talking about. He said it didn’t make any difference in price. It upset me, as it felt like I was being attacked. I had not in any way at any time ever tried to represent that the room would be used by only one person.Another unpleasant experience was that the other room I booked, which was used by my sister and her husband, had a leak from the ceiling through the third (and final) night of our stay. It was not known if the water was from an upstairs toilet or whatever, and it damaged makeup and other toiletry items. This understandably caused my sister great concern. Management was not very responsive, agreeing to only reducing the cost of the room for that one night by 20%. We accepted this because we had to leave to get our transportation back to Portugal, and this had already delayed our departure. Management said the leak should have been reported during the night, but my sister and her husband had discovered the leak upon getting up.
