A pleasant enough place. People...

Liked: Close to station and quite convenient for centre. In quiet neighbourhood.
Disliked: In need of some improvement.

Great location for walking to all the cathedrals, professional staff!

Liked: The staff was exceptional, we booked and arrived late after walking all over the city, the building is aged but clean, the staff was helpful,nice our room was dark and we slept in, it was that quiet!
Disliked: Everything was good, exceptional staff.

Liked: The location was very close to the railway station.
Disliked: The shower head was broken and the room was somewhat cold. The room was located in a outhouse where the stairs were rotting.The staff were rude when I came back at 17:00 (instead of 15:00) to collect the left luggage despite it being a perfectable acceptable time.
