Perfect location, modern rooms, friendly...

Liked: Perfect location. Recently refurbished, modern decor. Great value for money. Friendly reception staff. Room was very clean. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: A little noisy at 4am when the adjacent nightclub was closing. Sloped ceilings on 6th floor rooms are a bit of a challenge for the taller people.

Disliked: The property is located opposite a night club which is not advertised on the website. It is extremely loud in the early hours of the morning and kept me up most of the night. In addition it was also extremely hot (despite aircon being ‘on’) and due to the noise I couldn’t open the windows.The drain in the shower smelt like sick.I asked for a fan several times at different points throughout my stay but the staff were unable to find one for me, which meant I was boiling hot and couldn’t sleep.On check in, we were given a worse room than the one we had paid for. When I went down to ask reception to provide the room which was advertised, I was told that the property was sold out, which it wasn’t as I verified on booking.com. All in all, I was very unhappy with my stay given I hardly slept for the two nights and the staff were unable to help rectify the situation at all, despite me asking.

Liked: The front office staff Mahmoud was amazing . Right from helping us with the luggage to making dinning reservations to making other travel arrangements.....he was simply amazing. Very friendly and courteous . He made all the difference to our stay at the Hotel
