Overall it was a good...

Liked: Great location ; kind and knowledgeable staff; nice comfortable beds ; good space in the suite either separate bedroom that closed off ; kitchenette
Disliked: No help with parking; no room service ( but Uber Eats every time); our suite had a constant lingering musty curry -like food smell even though we didn’t cook ; A/C was quite noisy and had to be adjusted constantly so during the night it was either too cold or too hot; our floor was very dated and no ventilation - it could really use renovation . We stayed on the top floor (25th floor) and with the priciest suites so a renovation of the 25th floor hallway would make sense if you’re paying too dollar for a suite.

A very good stay

Liked: A very good location, just 2 minutes walk away from NYC subway , under 15 minute walk from the Central Park and just 5 minutes from gorgeous Hudson River front walk. Very spacious and clean room with a kitchenette. Very good staff . We really enjoyed staying here
Disliked: The only negative thing was very poor wifi signal in the room . So during our entire stay in this hotel we had to use mobile data from our expensive global eSIM. This is the only reason I’ve rated it 9 out of 10 . Otherwise it would have been a perfect 10.

Large rooms in great location

Liked: Location, location, location. Large room, very spacious. But tiny bathroom. Kitchen not used, but having a large fridge was nice.

Nice, but affordable, relaxing hotel...

Liked: Great location, calm, nice area, close to central park/metro, nice, stylist building. Our studio was on the 21st floor with 2 large windows, great views, much light. The separate kichenette was so great to have - for breakfast/dinner, you don’t need to eat out every single occasion. Complimentary coffee and tea was an unexpected plus.
Disliked: Sometimes kitchen equipments were not all replaced (we had to ask for it). Upon checking out the very last bit was a bit dissapointing: we asked for a taxi at the reception (to get out to the airport) and they did not call a yellow cab but a 2 times more expensive one…:-( ok, we should have specified it in advance, but I guessed the hotel would serve our interest by themselves…
