Amazing location and peaceful nights...

Liked: I had a truly wonderful experience. The location is absolutely perfect — right on Broadway in the Upper West Side, just a short walk from Central Park and close to the subway. The neighborhood has the perfect balance: residential, safe, and peaceful, but still lively enough with great spots around.One thing that really surprised me was how quiet the room was — I slept incredibly well every night. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus during the summer. The view from my room was also beautiful!As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, which made everything even better. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and would definitely stay here again.

Best hotel in Manhattan for...

Liked: Love the location, not quite in the insanity of Midtown, or as quiet as further up at Columbia, but still felt like a great neighborhood. Having a working small kitchen helped enormously and the Fairway supermarket directly across the street was perfect. In addition they have a clean laundry room, fantastic for extended travel. I did not expect that.
Disliked: Beds are very soft, I prefer a harder bed but others would love this.
